Several stocks are approaching the $100 billion market capitalization milestone, with relatively small gains potentially pushing them into the exclusive valuation category by March 2027.
In this regard, Finbold has identified two stocks whose growth prospects are supported by accelerating revenue, stronger financial guidance, and increasing demand for artificial intelligence ( AI ) infrastructure.
Snowflake (NYSE: SNOW)
Snowflake (NYSE: SNOW ) is among the closest companies to the milestone, with its latest financial results highlighting sustained demand for its data platform and growing AI adoption.
As of press time, Snowflake’s market capitalization was $97.33 billion, meaning its valuation needs to increase by about $2.67 billion, or 2.74%, to reach $100 billion.

The technology company reported $1.55 billion in second-quarter fiscal 2027 revenue, up 35% year over year. Product revenue, its primary growth indicator, increased 37% to $1.49 billion.
Snowflake also raised its full-year fiscal 2027 product revenue guidance to $6.07 billion, representing 36% annual growth, up from its previous forecast of $5.84 billion.
AI adoption provides another growth catalyst. To this end, Snowflake’s CoCo AI assistant surpassed 9,100 customer accounts, while its CoWork product reached 5,800 accounts.
On November 3, the company introduced additional capabilities designed to help enterprises deploy autonomous AI agents using governed business data.
Snowflake also reported $9 billion in remaining performance obligations (RPO), up 30% year over year, indicating stronger contracted demand.
Another potential catalyst is its upcoming third-quarter fiscal 2027 earnings report, scheduled for December 2. Investors will be watching whether product revenue growth and AI adoption remain strong enough to support its raised annual guidance.
Cloudflare (NYSE: NET)
Cloudflare (NYSE: NET ) is another candidate, although its shares have faced a challenging period, declining more than 20% amid a broader pullback.
Nevertheless, the company’s accelerating revenue growth and increasing demand for its network infrastructure and AI-related services could support a recovery.
At the last market close, Cloudflare had a market capitalization of $95.69 billion, leaving a $4.31 billion gap, equivalent to approximately 4.50%, before reaching the $100 billion milestone.

The company’s prospects are supported by strong financial results. Adjusted earnings reached $0.38 per share, exceeding analysts’ expectations of $0.35.
The company also raised its full-year revenue guidance to between $2.963 billion and $2.964 billion, while forecasting fourth-quarter revenue of $845 million to $846 million.
AI adoption is another important growth driver. Cloudflare reported that requests from AI agents surged more than 1,700% year over year, highlighting growing demand for infrastructure supporting autonomous applications.
Its developer ecosystem is also expanding, with large enterprise customers increasing 25% to 5,006. Current RPO grew 37% year over year, providing further evidence of demand.
The earnings announcement triggered an approximately 18% after-hours rally, briefly lifting Cloudflare shares to around $288 and pushing its implied market capitalization above $100 billion.
