2026 Work Program Update on the Cabot Property
2026 channel and soil assays: Approximately 350 channel samples from the trenching program along with approximately 580 infill soils across and between the Cabot and priority EM targets; results are expected to help define grade and continuity.
Detailed geophysics interpretation: Final review of historical EM and magnetic data and a detailed report expected to refine the model of Cabot (Plate 3) and the Magellan target (Plate 1) which sits approximately 1,000 meters to the north of the Cabot as well as the other 3 untested plates. This final report is expected shortly.
Trenching, access and target definition: An a dditional 1,000 meters of trenching has been completed along the open Cabot trend which expands this trend to now over 850 meters. We have also improved access toward Magellan and Columbus (Plate 1 2) to the north to prepare these high-priority targets for further trenching and sampling with follow-up drilling.
Initiate a first phase 1,500 meter drilling program: Planned holes to test the main Cabot VMS system at depth and evaluate priority geophysical targets; mobilization and drilling is expected to begin prior to month end depending on availability of equipment.
An additional 3,500-meter drill program to follow in early 2027: Proposed expanded drill program, subject to results and financing, to follow up initial drilling and incoming data and to test continuity and potential additional sulphide lenses in the untested 2,000 meters to the north of the Cabot.

Cabot Project Highlights
Expanding VMS target. The 2026 trenching program has expanded the exposed Cabot trend beyond the historical work identifying the copper–cobalt-bearing VMS-style stringer sulphides to over 850 meters along strike, this includes local broad mineralized exposures that appears to branch and remains open in both directions
Substantial 2026 program delivered. Eight new trenches were excavated on the main Cabot zone (Plate 3) and have now expanded the zone to over 850 meters. A total of sixteen channel lines were cut across exposed mineralized outcrop in the trenches, with over 350 channel samples collected, with assays pending. Rock sampling, soil sampling, and a high-resolution LiDAR drone survey provide additional data for targeting the next phase drill program.

Historical grade indications. Selected historical grab samples returned copper grades up to approximately 7% Cu, the copper occurs as chalcopyrite and bornite within altered volcanic and sedimentary units, consistent with a significant hydrothermal system. Grab samples are selective and not representative of average grades. 1
VTEM modelling. and historical base-metal soil anomalies support five priority exploration targets; four have not been tested by drilling or trenching.
Geophysics and soils support additional targets. Fathom Geophysics previously modelled airborne VTEM plates; at Cabot, Plate 3 is aligned in strike with mineralized 3D wireframes derived from historical drilling. Four additional targets not yet trenched or drilled—Magellan, Columbus, Erickson and Cook—are supported by coincident copper-in-soil anomalies. Historical sampling by previous operators identified base-metal anomalies over each modelled EM plate. Centenario is collecting additional soils to refine target definition.
Magellan priority and other commodities. Magellan (Plate 1), approximately 1 km along strike from Cabot, features widespread sericite–pyrite alteration in felsic volcanics observed in the field. Road access is being constructed toward Magellan for trenching and potential follow-up drilling, making it the Company’s highest-priority drill target outside Cabot. The separate Marble Cove quartz-vein gold prospect has returned historical selective grab samples of up to 70.38 g/t Au; the property also contains a graphite zone and cobalt-bearing sulphides.

Doug Fulcher, President and CEO,
“Crews have been working extremely hard on the Cabot project since June, and their work has expanded the exposed Cabot mineralized trend beyond 850 meters. We have more than 350 channel samples awaiting assays, historical drilling and the modelled Plate 3 conductor giving us a framework at Cabot, and several other soil-supported targets to test. Magellan is especially exciting because the geology, soil results and geophysics are pointing us toward the same target, and we are now advancing access to it. With assays, the final geophysical report and our initial drill program all ahead of us, we believe the coming months will be a defining period for Cabot.”
About the Cabot Project
The Project is located in an active VMS district with a long history of mine development, approximately 15 km from FireFly Metals Ltd.’s (ASX: FFM) Ming Deposit which hosts a reported Measured and Indicated Mineral Resource of 57.3 Mt grading 2.4% CuEq and an Inferred Mineral Resource of 17.9 Mt grading 2.8% CuEq (August 14, 2026). 2
The Cabot Project, covering approximately 20.75 square kilometers (2,075 hectares), is a copper-gold-cobalt-graphite exploration property hosting two distinct mineralized zones: a copper-cobalt-rich system known as the “Cabot Copper Zone” and a separate quartz-vein hosted gold system known as the “Marble Cove Gold Prospect”. The Project is strategically located in a top-tier mining jurisdiction with road access, power infrastructure, and proximity to producing mines.
Selected historical grab samples returned copper grades up to approximately 7% Cu; 2026 trenching has extended the exposed Cabot trend beyond 850 m. Grab samples are selective and not representative of average grades. 3
Copper occurs as chalcopyrite and bornite within altered volcanic and sedimentary units, consistent with a significant hydrothermal system.
VTEM modelling and historical base-metal soil anomalies support five priority exploration targets; four have not been tested by drilling or trenching.
The Project is located in an active VMS district with a long history of mine development, approximately 15 km from FireFly Metals Ltd.’s (ASX: FFM) Ming Copper-Gold Mine, which hosts a reported Measured and Indicated Mineral Resource of 57.3 Mt grading 2.4% CuEq and an Inferred Mineral Resource of 17.9 Mt grading 2.8% CuEq (August 14, 2026). 4
Marble Cove Gold Prospect Highlights:
A separate area of the project hosts gold mineralization, with historical selective grab sampling returning up to 70.38 g/t Au 5
Gold is associated with narrow, structurally controlled quartz-sulphide veins.
Situated in a favourable geological setting, approximately 4 km west and along strike of the mineralized trends of New Found Gold Corp.’s (TSX-V: NFG; NYSE American: NFGC) Point Rousse Gold Project. Point Rousse has historically produced nearly 200,000 oz of gold and hosts three major mineralized trends, each extending 3 to 8 km before terminating at the coast. Marble Cove lies directly west, across the bay from these known gold-bearing structures in similar favorable stratigraphy.

Regional Industry Activity Near the Cabot Project
FireFly Metals / Ming mine: FireFly is undertaking engineering, permitting and early works toward an expanded Green Bay mine and new process plant. Its August 2026 study outlined a 1.8 Mt/year (~4,900 t/day) base case; full construction remains subject to approvals and an investment decision.
New Found Gold / Pine Cove: New Found Gold’s Hammerdown gold mine is in commercial production, with the Pine Cove mill operating and an upgrade/expansion being advanced. These investments strengthen the district’s mining services ecosystem.
VMS Model and District Context
Why the Ming Mine matters: The nearby Ming Mine copper–gold deposit demonstrates that the Baie Verte geological setting can host clusters of sizable, high-grade VMS mineralization. Cabot exhibits copper-bearing stringer sulphides, hydrothermal alteration and modelled conductors, making a VMS discovery model a logical exploration priority. Mineralization at the Ming Mine is not necessarily indicative of mineralization at Cabot.
