Each year, some of the best Black Friday deals come from streaming services.
Lillian Brown/Business Insider
The holiday shopping season kicks off soon, and every year, the best Black Friday streaming deals have thoroughly impressed us. While most of the major limited-time deals don’t get underway until closer to Thanksgiving, you can still cut costs while cutting the cord with these early deals.
Our team is constantly hunting for deals using our rigorous vetting process , so you can rest assured that we’ll keep this page updated as soon as new streaming deals launch. If you can’t wait until later this month, there are a few stellar streaming sales you can shop right now, which we’ve rounded up below.
Best early Black Friday streaming deals
YouTube TV has consistently offered the best live TV deals throughout the year, and the ongoing sale is no exception. New users can get $15 a month off their first five months of service with the Main plan. This offer brings monthly subscription prices from $83 a month down to $68 a month for five months, or $75 in total savings. You’ll need to click through our link to find the full five-month offer, which runs until Thanksgiving Day.
If you’re interested in live TV platforms but want something other than YouTube TV, Fubo is one of the best live TV streaming services we’ve tested, especially for international sports fans or those seeking a massive number of channels. First-time customers can get $25 off their first month of the Pro plan (normally $89 a month) or $30 off their first month of the Elite plan (normally $99 a month).
Other ways to save on streaming services
Most Black Friday streaming deals haven’t launched yet, but opting for an annual plan or a bundle is an easy way to score savings right now. The prices below show how much you’d save with an annual plan each year compared to paying for 12 months of a monthly plan, or how much you’d save with a bundle each month compared to paying for the two services separately.
Disney Plus offers some of the best Black Friday deals each year, and we’re hoping the streaming platform will participate again in 2026. While the platform doesn’t usually launch its deals until much closer to the shopping holiday, you can save some money right now by opting for a Disney Plus annual plan or by bundling monthly service with Hulu and ESPN Unlimited, ESPN Select, or HBO Max. Likewise, you can save some money on stand-alone ESPN or HBO Max by giving one of the annual plans a go.
Paramount Plus is another frequent Black Friday participant, and we’re hoping that the streaming service drops a deal later this month. In the meantime, you can save by signing up for annual versions of the Essential or Premium tier.
Even Apple TV got in on the Black Friday action last year, and we’ll see if the streaming platform decides to play ball once again. You can already save big-time on a yearly basis by signing up for an annual plan.
If you don’t want to commit to an annual plan, there are also some monthly savings opportunities when you sign up for one of the Apple TV and Peacock bundles, compared to what you’d pay if you subscribed to them separately. Last year, Peacock didn’t participate in Black Friday, despite doing so in the past, so we’re curious to see if they get back into the deals game in 2026. Like Apple TV, you can save money on a yearly basis by subscribing to a Peacock annual plan.
YouTube TV and Fubo are running some of the best live TV introductory offers right now, but DirecTV and Sling TV are two other popular options we’ve enjoyed that also have some deals. DirecTV is running intro offers on all of its Signature plans, as well as a few genre packs. While Sling TV doesn’t have any notable introductory offers, you can get the Sling Orange + Blue combo plan for less than subscribing to Sling Orange and Sling Blue separately, since both plans have some channel overlap.
FAQ
When do Black Friday streaming deals typically launch?
We’ve found that if a streaming service is going to launch a special limited-time deal, they’ll do it by Black Friday and not wait until Cyber Monday (although the sales usually extend until then, which you can read more about below). This year, Black Friday is on November 27, 2026. Oftentimes, a streaming platform will kick off the deal beforehand.
In 2025, services like Apple TV and Prime Video launched their deals about a week before Black Friday. HBO Max launched its deal on the Monday of Thanksgiving week, and the Disney Plus and Hulu bundle deals launched that Tuesday, although early access was available the day before for the ad-supported version. Last year, Paramount Plus also launched its monthly promos on the Tuesday of Thanksgiving week.
When do Black Friday streaming deals end?
Black Friday streaming deals rarely end on Black Friday. Instead, these limited-time discounts usually turn into Cyber Monday deals, and occasionally extend beyond that. This year, Cyber Monday falls on November 30 (not December!), so we recommend signing up by the end of the day on Cyber Monday. When these deals launch, we’ll comb through the fine print and identify the exact end date so that you don’t have to.
If you’re interested in the YouTube TV deal we’ve highlighted today, you’ll want to cash in before Black Friday since the offer ends on November 26, 2026. There’s a chance YouTube TV will extend the offer or launch another deal in its place, but if you’re keen to sign up for this particular deal, it might be a good idea to do it by Thanksgiving.
