SpaceX (NASDAQ: SPCX ) has lost quite a bit of momentum since going public, but Wall Street analysts still have an optimistic SpaceX stock price 2027 forecast.
Among the primary reasons for the bullish narrative are, of course, expanding artificial intelligence ( AI ) infrastructure, computing demand, and strength in the connectivity business.
Recently, on October 26, Bernstein raised its 12-month SpaceX price target from $248 to $268 while maintaining an “Outperform” rating, implying approximately 80% upside from the price at the time.
The bullish outlook largely reflected expanding AI infrastructure plans, with analysts increasing their expectations for SpaceX’s computing capacity by 5 gigawatts (GW), projecting 13 GW by the end of 2027.

Bernstein also pointed to strong enterprise and government connectivity performance, which supports his projections for a potential $500 billion to $1 trillion revenue run rate in 2027.
A few days earlier, on October 23, Phillip Securities also upgraded SpaceX from “Sell” to “Buy” and raised its SPCX share price forecast from $75 to $250, representing an increase of approximately 233% from his previous forecast.
The revised outlook assumed that demand for computing capacity is growing faster than available supply. In addition, analysts highlighted SpaceX’s ability to renew contracts at higher prices per watt, potentially supporting further revenue expansion next year.
Indeed, the research note came with a fiscal 2027 revenue forecast increase of 201%, to $132 billion, with added computing capacity expected to pay for itself in less than a year.
What will SpaceX stock be worth in 2027?
SpaceX shares last closed at $136, just below their $135 IPO price but down 20% from their all-time peak, despite the company’s strong financial performance that saw third-quarter revenue increasing 161% year-over-year (YOY), to $14.6 billion.

The company now has an annualized revenue run rate of approximately $58.5 billion. Meanwhile, analyst consensus estimates point to roughly $180.37 billion in fiscal revenue for 2027, as well as earnings per share of $4.03. At the current share price, that translates into approximately 33 times projected earnings.
If SpaceX delivers on its ambitious growth plans and investors continue assigning it a premium earnings multiple, Wall Street collectively believes the stock could reach $250 in 2027, implying approximately 80% upside, according to TipRanks data .

SpaceX risks in 2027
However, there are also substantial risks. For instance, SpaceX may struggle to expand its Starship launch cadence quickly enough. At the same time, enormous AI infrastructure investment requirements also introduce execution and financing risks in the industry as a whole.
Another potential complication is a possible combination with Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA ). However, there is no confirmed merger agreement, and any potential deal could face regulatory scrutiny and other uncertainties.
Ultimately, SpaceX’s 2027 stock price will likely depend on whether its AI computing expansion translates into revenue. For now, the Wall Street consensus forecast illustrates the bullish expectations surrounding the company, but some more conservative valuation scenarios highlight a notable dose of uncertainty.
