Vertiv Earnings Per Share and Cash Flow Strengthen
Vertiv’s diluted earnings per share reached $1.95, representing a 91% increase compared with the third quarter of 2025. Adjusted diluted earnings per share rose 78% to $2.21, reflecting stronger operating performance during the reporting period. Furthermore, operating cash flow increased 64% year over year to $794 million in the third quarter. Adjusted free cash flow rose 50% to $652 million, supported by higher adjusted operating profit. However, increased working capital requirements and capital expenditures partially offset the improvement in cash generation.
