They have the details of regular jeans: The ReDefine styles have functioning pockets, a button-and-zip closure, and a structured denim feel. Olivia also liked their close fit through the legs, which makes them easy to wear with knee-high boots.
They are not the softest or most relaxed jeans: There is some stretch, but the jeans feel tight and fairly rigid, especially at the belly and bum. Olivia found them less comfortable for sitting than the brand’s other denim options. In exchange, they offer more noticeable shaping.
Size up when you’re between sizes: Olivia’s postpartum size ranged from a 10 to 12, and she struggled to get a 12 on. She says she could have gone up one, or even two, sizes. Check the size chart, take your measurements, and choose the larger size if you’re on the fence.
